A Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education, he is a specialist in civil trial law. Mr. Levy, who was born in New York and raised in New Jersey, is known for his meticulous preparation, competitiveness, and attention to detail. Mr. Levy typically handles the firm's catastrophic injury, wrongful death, complex liability, and defective product cases.
Mr. Levy is a graduate of the University of Delaware (B.A. - 1991) and received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Law School in 1994. In 2000, at the age of 30, Mr. Levy became a partner with the firm. Three years later, he achieved board certification at the age of only 33 and in 2005, he became a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Levy was one of the first members of his graduating law class to hold either of these distinctions. In 2009, Mr. Levy was re-certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in civil trial law. He has litigated more than 1,000 negligence cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Levy maintains a strong and active relationship with local plaintiff lawyer associations, where he routinely obtains and exchanges helpful, strategic, and important information with fellow attorneys.
Mr. Levy has resided in Florida since 1991, and lives in Boca Raton with his wife, Dana, their sons, Steven and Connor, and their dogs, Duke and Sunny. His passion and motivation in helping injured accident victims attain justice has helped him achieve great success early in his legal career.
