Peter Dyson is the firm's associate attorney who joined Metnick & Levy in June 2008. He was born and raised in New York and then relocated to Florida in 2004. Mr. Dyson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Binghamton University in 2000, where he majored in History and minored in Judaic Studies. He then obtained his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2007, where Mr. Dyson received a full academic scholarship. He became a member of the Florida Bar in 2007, the New York Bar in 2009, and the New Jersey Bar in 2010. Mr. Dyson currently assists all of the firm's partners in cases involving both personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Dyson has also been developing a niche in handling federal cases which involve insurance coverage issues, civil rights violations, and the Federal Torts Claims Act. He currently resides with his wife, Pam, in Coral Springs.
